The course explores the general methodology behind applications with emphasis on design, system components, and data structures and data management, network architecture, clinical application of electronic health records, computer-based information system operation and management functions in the context of various professional settings. Attention is given to the importance of structuring and managing data using existing and cutting-edge information technology.
